This field strength meter is still in my personal posession.  I had it given to me in the mid 1980's.  It is in great condition, though the outside of the case shows some wear.  I have not tried to power it up and actually use it yet.  Perhaps someday I'll rig up a set of batteries or a power supply and really check it out.

 I am glad the newer ones are more portable!  I would hate to have to do my present monitor points with this one!
