This page has no real purpose.
It's just stuff I felt like posting.
Just for the fun of it!
Did you ever have "one of those days" ?
Just when you thought gas prices couldn't go any higher .. !!
The day I was speeding in Montana ......

This was taken in 1959. That's a National NC-57B, which I still have today, and still use from time to time. I had 3 or 4 antennas that I could connect with the knife switches to achieve quite a bit of directional effect when trying to hear distant stations. I was 12 years old, and if you look closely you'll see it's dial is set on KOMA (1520).

Oh, My -- what we used to look like! This is about 1973 in Billings, Montana.

Me again ... 1973.

I don't know if this building still stands or not -- This was in Billings in the early 70's. The call letters no longer exist for this station and the 400 foot tower that was behind the building is gone as far as I know. I worked here part-time while in High School in 1964 and 65, and then returned full time from 1970 though 1973.
